Gwynne Clark has been practicing yoga since 2005. She is a graduate of Saraswati Yoga River
School, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. Gwynne has been thoroughly trained in yoga
philosophy, mantra, meditation, pranayama, asana, and assists. This knowledge was imparted by the yogini
adept of the Bhairavi Maha Yoga tradition Parvathi Nanda Nath Saraswati (Kirin
Mishra) as well as senior Saraswati River Yoga instructors David Pittenger and
RaeAnn Banker. Through their teachings
she has become a part of the living tradition of this ancient yoga practice.
Gwynne brings the gift of enthusiasm and compassion to her
teachings. As her heart opens to the
practice she hopes to give back to her students the gratitude she feels for
being involved in this intriguing experience.
Her classes feature uplifting flowing sequences and attention to detail,
supporting each student’s practice in a safe and nurturing way.

meditation, pranayama, asana, and assists, and is currently pursuing her
certification at the Saraswati Yoga River School. Through her studies and the
inspirational guidance of her teacher she has been given the wonderful gift of
awareness to the ancient tradition of yoga and all the practice has to offer.
Jennifer brings kindness, peace, and compassion to her teachings and through her
continual openness to the vast knowledge yoga imparts hopes to give the same
inspirational wisdom to her students that have so far been given to her. Her
classes feature invigorating flowing sequences, attention to individual needs,
careful instructions, and simple infusions of yoga philosophy all within a safe
and comforting environment.
